HNHH had a sit down with Grand Hustle rapstress Iggy Azalea at SneakerPimps in LA. She talked about her Glory EP, which female rapper she grew up idolizing, her upcoming mixtape "Trap Gold" and working with Diplo, T.I. and the Grand Hustle family and more.

Fresh off her EP release Glory, Iggy Azalea is seemingly everywhere in the media these days. She spoke to HNHH about her upcoming album The New Classic, how she idolized Missy Elliot growing up, why dropping out of school was necessary for her career, how her relationship with T.I. and Grand Hustle has helped her navigate through the growing pains of being a young rapper, and what she has planned for her mixtape Trap Gold.

With Trap Gold underway, she had nothing but praise for Diplo.  For this mixtape, there will be "...less storytelling... It'll be more fun... shit you can dance to. You could listen to this mixtape as an instrumental the whole way through. I could put Trap Gold out now with no words and it would kill half the shit out there because Diplo is a genius. That's, no testament to me, I can say that Diplo is the man."  When both are in the studio Iggy will "say if I don't like something. If I do, I'll cheer him on."

Looking forward to her new album The New Classic, Iggy wants to make it "...more personal and it will be more introspective. There's more storytelling songs. I've got a song with Pusha and Cee-Lo that I've spoke about before, that I was supposed to put on Glory, but I saved it."

Have a listen to Glory here.
