50 Cent settles one aspect of the penis enlargement lawsuit

50 Cent’s no stranger to lawsuits but he found himself in a legal battle last year over particularly odd claims. The television mogul became the focus of rumors that he underwent penis enlargement surgery by a celebrity aesthetician. Though the case initially targeted Angela Kogan and her business, the aesthetician said that The Shade Room was to blame for the story spreading across the Internet, leading to a lawsuit against the publication.

In the lawsuit, Fif claimed that he deserved an apology and damages for The Shade Room’s role in “exacerbating the penile implant saga.” The Shade Room shared a photo of Fif and Kogan, which further implied that he underwent the surgery. However, Kogan pointed at TSR for sharing the photo across their massive platform with 27.7M followers. The suit accuses TSR of “driving clicks and ad revenue at the expense of the truth.” Her attorney added that Kogan never “stated or implied that 50 Cent received plastic surgery services or penile enhancement surgery.”

50 Cent & TSR Settle Out Of Court

Though 50 Cent and Kogan will have to see each other in court, one aspect of the case has reportedly been settled. Per Los Angeles Magazine’s Megann Cuniff, The Shade Room and 50 Cent “reached an agreement to settle” “Jackson and TSR are in the process of executing their respective obligations pursuant to the agreement and will file a Notice of Dismissal with Prejudice of Defendant The Shade Room LLC shortly thereafter,” the court documents read.

This aspect of the case will have no impact on the other defendants involved. A judge scheduled the trial for July 3rd for the right-of-publicity suit against Angela Kogan and her company, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. “Yeah my dick is a BIG DEAL,” he wrote after the judge announced the trial date. “Set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put them selves out of business. SMH.” However, Fif reportedly moved his lawsuit with Perfection Plastic Surgery to mediation. Perhaps, this case will be settled outside of court before its scheduled trial date later this year. We'll keep you posted on any more updates.
