While Swae Lee may get much of the credit for Rae Sremmurd's catchiest moments, Slim Jxmmi has put in some great hooks of his own. "Unlock The Swag," "Start A Party," and "Came A Long Way" are all evidence of Jxmmi's chorus-writing abilities, and on Blac Youngsta's "Sex," he proves that he's worth recruiting for guest hooks as well. Half-singing the stuttered chorus in his gravelly baritone, Jxmmi gives the track an edge that Swae's falsetto would be a bit too clean to pull off. Meanwhile, Youngsta brings some emotionally-charged verses that also hint at melody. For the second verse, he hands things back to Jxmmi, who hammers it home.
