At the beginning of the year we spoke to Overdoz about their upcoming album 2008-- while they've been slow at rolling it out, they did reveal at the time that they had production from Pharrell. A few months later we finally get to hear it, and it's just as funky as everything you heard on Snoop Dogg's BUSH. Seems like Pharrell has been in a groovy mode lately. Skateboard P also has some 'oohs' and 'ahhs' throughout the single.

Overdoz are definitely stepping up their game for 2008, with contributions thus far from A$AP Ferg ("Fuck Yo DJ"), Childish Gambino and King Chip ("7,000 Girls") and Hit-Boy ("Rich White Friends"). The project still doesn't have a release date, but you can cop this single on iTunes.

Quotable Lyrics

You fucking up your energy
In the wrong place with the wrong kind of empathy
The soul is in the abs, how else you explain that funny feeling
Once you catch feelings
You ain't never too young for love
And you ain't never too young  for drugs
And you ain't never too young for clubs
