Anta has officially revealed the second signature sneaker of Golden State Warriors' sharp shooter Klay Thompson in two Warriors themed colorways dubbed "Whitehawk" and "Blackhawk."
The moniker makes sense when you consider the construction of the heel on the Anta KT2 resembles the bird of prey, with the Anta logo serving as the beak of a hawk.
Per SneakerNews:
“It’s exciting to be playing such an important role in the debut of ANTA here in America and collaborating with them on my own line of signature shoes,” said Thompson. “I’m not one who endorses any product I don’t truly believe in and use authentically. We developed the KT2 “Players Edition” line to provide everything and more that I require to perform night in and night out, and they look awesome.”
Both black and white colorways of the Anta KT2 will retail for $120, and are currently available at select retailers like Shoe Palace as well as online at AntaAmerica.com.
