In just a few weeks, Juvenile will be dropping off his first project in a long while, a tape called Mardi Gras II that’s presented by Rich Gang, Juvenile, UTP and 6103. Today, he’s given us an exclusive premiere of a new track entitled “Flag On The Play.” Produced by Zaytoven and Cassius Jay, the song also features Skip.
As the title and New Orleasn Saints-referencing artwork both suggest, the song is basically an extended metaphor about all of the things that are fouls in Juvie’s book. With lines like “You can hate all you want, but you can’t un-suck this dick,” “Flag On The Play” is an unforgiving-yet-playful jam.
Stay tuned for Mardi Gras II on February 17.
You said that you gave me head in tenth grade at my partner’s house
I couldn’t fuck ya ’cause your period was down, I said ‘baby, what about your mouth?’
The next date that I set up you was a no-show, you told me that you had a sore throat
You told everyone in school I was your boyfriend, but then I had to put a hole in your boat
