Drake’s “Summer Sixteen” tour has had no shortage of special guest appearances, from Kanye West to Derrick Rose. The Boy can even pull high profile guest appearances when they aren’t going backstage. Such was the case last night in North Carolina.
While he didn’t hop on the stage, Diddy did come to soak in the vibes in the crowd. A number of fans capture the Bad Boy mogul walking down the steps to his seats. It’s a mystery why Diddy wouldn’t just buy a corporate box, since he absolutely has the money. Maybe he wanted to remind himself how normal people live.
Either way, it’s a good sign for hip hop to see Diddy at a Drake show, as the two notoriously had beef over the “0 to 100” beat after Diddy sent the beat to Drake for ghostwriting purposes and summarily had it taken by Drake.
Diddy is currently putting the finishing touches on his Bad Boy Reunion tour, which was recently postponed due to Diddy’s recovery from shoulder surgery. Perhaps he hoped to glean some knowledge from Drake’s tour?
