Skepta talks about the crazy ride he's been on for the past few months.

Historically, it's taken a lot for the American public to accept a UK rapper and popularize their music, but Skepta's broken the mold. Lots of it's thanks to co-signs from Drake and Kanye West, but with "It Ain't Safe," "That's Not Me" and most recently, "SHUTDOWN," the Londoner's proven that he doesn't need big-name guests on his tracks to see them blow up across the pond. Today, he's the latest subject of Red Bull Music Academy's lecture series.

In his almost 90-minute talk, Skepta talks about his recent trip to L.A., during which he worked with Playboi Carti, Kanye and Earl Sweatshirt. Watch the full thing above.
