According to Joey Bada$$, he won't be performing at the venue Thursday night.

It has only been about a week since the shooting which killed 1, injured 4 and landed Troy Ave in jail took place at T.I.'s Irving Plaza show, and the incident may have affected Joey Bada$$' event at the venue. According to Joey, the show has been cancelled, something he credited to the NYPD, before deleting the tweet. Shortly thereafter, he tweeted out the location of an alternative event going on today at 4PM.It's not clear why Joey deleted the tweet, but the FADER reports that a rep for the NYPD has stated that the police force would not have had the right to cancel such a show.
