The assault case involving Chris Brown and his tour bus in Denver is no longer being pursued.

A couple of weeks ago, Chris Brown was named in an assault case brought forth by a woman who claimed she was forcibly thrown off Brown's tour bus. The alleged incident took place outside of a Platinum 84 gentleman's club in Denver, where Brown, along with his "One Hell of a Nite" tourmates Fetty Wap and French Montana, were shooting a video. The aforementioned woman named Brown and his entourage as the perpetrators of the assault.

It wasn't clear if Fetty and French were included as suspects, but, now, it doesn't matter, as the case has been ruled "inactive," which basically means it's over with. The Colorado Federal Heights PD told TMZ that the woman who brought forth the charges has decided to cease pursuing the case.

It's unclear as to why said woman decided to step away from the case, but it should be noted that Brown denied all accusations from the get-go. Rest easy, Breezy.
