With the NBA All-Star game going down in Toronto this weekend, Drake is surely going to make his presense felt throughout the 6. Kicking off the festivities Friday night, the OVO leader served as a coach for the Canadian team at the Celebrity game, where he ended up throwing a slight jab at Meek Mill in the process. But that’s not all Drake is doing this weekend. After the game, the 6 God confirmed that he’ll be announcing the lineup for Sunday’s big game as well.
Announced via NBA TV’s Instagram, Drizzy himself can be seen heard saying “Just letting you know that Im in charge of the player introduction on Sunday. And ugh, I got my little special twists I put on it so I encourage you to tune in early.”
This won’t be Drake’s first rodeo when it comes to announcing lineups either. The 6 God has been on the mic in the past to introduce the Toronto Raptors on multiple occasions.
