Lil Mama was arrested around 4 AM Thursday morning in Harlem after she was pulled over for driving 38 MPH in a 25, TMZ reports. The problem wasn't that she was speeding, it's that she was driving with a suspended license. She was booked and spent the rest of the night in jail.
