As a host of the nationally syndicated morning talk show The Breakfast Club, Angela Yee is likely knowledgeable about industry rumblings months before they go public. For this reason, her suggestion that <a href="/profile/Drake" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Drake</a> and <a href="/profile/Future" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Future</a> are plotting something on Tuesday&#8217;s edition of the show is worth acknowledging.
She opened the show by recapping Meek&#8217;s performance at Fools Gold Day Off in Brooklyn over the weekend, during which Meek instructed his DJ to <a href="http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/meek-mill-says-theres-absolutely-no-beef-with-future-news.17449.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">stop playing Future songs</a>. He later clarified that he had no beef with Mr. Hendrix. &#8220;My Dj caught a future attack on the set when he was told play a bunch of artist shit!&#8221; wrote Meek. &#8220;Lol He prolly did it because I tell play all future in the club! Don&#8217;t get it fucked up we rather see the streets win b4 anything!&#8221;
Charlamagne tha God jested, &#8220;Let&#8217;s see if he feels like that in another couple months.&#8221;
Yee interjected, &#8220;what, when Drake and Future&#8230;?&#8221; before C tha God quickly shut her down. &#8220;Shut up Yee. Jesus Christ.&#8221; She quickly changed the subject.
