Bobby Shmurda was arrested and released in NYC a few days back, for smoking a joint with two friends in Brooklyn.
The New York rap phenom was apparently enjoying a j with friends while double parked on a street in BK, when the cops arrested him and took him to jail for the night. As TMZ reports, sources close to the rapper believe that the cops are simply out to get the yougn'n on his grind. This isn't the "Shmoney Dance" rapper's first arrest since he blew up, back in June he was arrested for gun possession, however, in comparison, this cause for arrest seems much more minor.
Following his arrest, Shmurda posted the video below on Instagram (about four days ago). He captioned it, "So da bum ass cops locked me up yesterday Fa some bullshit made me miss [a show]."
