Nate Dogg would be proud.

Who doesn't love Seth Rogen and his bud-smoking ways? The Long Shot star recently stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to talk shop, and it didn't take long before the conversation shifted toward marijuana. "I smoke weed all day every day of my life,” Rogen admits. When Colbert asks if that extends to his professional career, Rogen nods profusely. “Oh, for the last 20 years exclusively!" Though he reveals he occasionally feels like a disassociated "viewer" on set, few can deny his formula has yielded success thus far.

"I do actually enjoy weed in my personal life and on film," affirms Seth. "Any movie we see you in, there's a fairly good chance you're high." "There's one hundred percent, yes," says Rogen. He also laments on a few missed chances in almost meeting Beyonce, a quest he's been pursuing for the past eleven years. "I was close to meeting her eleven years ago at the Grammys," he says. "I was introducing Eminem, who was performing - he asked me to introduce him, and when Eminem asks you to do anything you say yeah, because you don't want to piss him off!"

"I was backstage at the Grammys, I was nervous, and I was drinking as I tended to do at the time," he continues. "I saw Beyonce and Gwenth Paltrow floating toward me backstage, they had no feet, they were gliding around." Unfortunately, his approach was thwarted by a security guard, who extended a baseball-bat-like arm in Rogen's direction. "He knocked me aside with such force I spilled my drink all over myself, and then I had to present. When I present, I'm standing funny because I spilled a drink all over myself because of Beyonce's security guard."
