The man allegedly beaten by Chris Brown in DC is now suing the singer for $3 million.

Despite being in rehab, Chris Brown is currently being prosecuted for a mindemeanor assault in Washington DC. The incident, which was allegedly ignited by a photobomb, reportedly ended with Chris saying "I ain't down with that gay shit", before repeatedly hitting the selfie infiltrator and breaking his nose.

The claimed victim, Parker Adams, has now filed a $3 million lawsuit against Brown, stating that he was attacked by Brown outside the W Hotel last October.

Brown argues that Adams actually instigated the altercation, as he tried to barge the singer's tourbus.

Chris' bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy is also named in the documents, as Adams is demanding 1.5 Mil a piece from Brown and Hollosy for injuries and punitive damages.
