The models and influencers who had a hand in the promotion for the Fyre Festival could be looking at subpoenas from federal investigators as the investigation to the “Greatest Party That Never Happened” continues.

Among those who could be served subpoenas include Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Hailey Beiber and Emily Ratajowski who all were faces of the viral promo videos that served to underscore the luxury and lavish backdrop of what would have been the Fyre Festival. According to Billboard, a bankruptcy trustee for Fyre Media, Gregory Messer, wants to subpoena IMG models, which represents Hadid and Bieber after the agency received $1.2 million in payments ahead of the festival.

Messer also plans to look into the $250,000 that was paid out to Jenner for her role in the festival promo. Previously, Jenner had to deal with the Federal Trade Commission when she did not indicate that her post was an ad on social media. Messer also plans to issue subpoena requests to Soulja Boy and Waka Flocka Flame, who received $115,000 and $150,000 respectively. In total, subpoena requests for about $5.3 million in payments were filed on Friday by Messer. In total, investigators are attempting to find out what happened to the total $26 million that Bill McFarland raised for the festival.
