Back in June, Kim Kardashian changed her hairstyle to front some "Bo-Derek" inspired braids and even rocked a similar look at the MTV Movie and TV Awards. Both times her choice of hairstyle was not well received by the media, who called her out for cultural appropriation. “I’ve definitely had my fair share of backlash when I’ve worn braids. I’ve been fortunate to be able to travel around the world and see so many different cultures that have so many different beauty trends," Kim said of the backlash.
Clearly, Kim doesn't care who she may have offended and is sticking to her motto since her latest Instagram upload sees her once again opting for braids. The new post is to promote her three new shades of makeup by KKW Beauty. The post has been online for all of one hour and already people have something to say.
