The XXL Freshmen List causes some sort of commotion every year. This year, we saw several artist reject landing a position on a cover which resulted in the magazine only having nine artists instead of ten on the cover. Lil Skies said that he turned down the XXL Freshmen List cover before they reached out to Rich The Kid, who also turned it down. Despite the fact that the cover already came out, it looks like they've rounded out the number of artists included with IDK.

IDK hit social media today to reveal that he landed the 10th spot on the XXL Freshmen List. IDK deserved that position initially so it's nice to see him get the recognition he deserves from all the work he's put in over the past year. Despite the fact that he didn't actually make the cover itself, he said his freestyle is coming out tomorrow.

"There was only 9 XXL freshmen this year, but I just officially took the 10th spot! Dropping my freestyle tomorrow!" He wrote.

Aside from landing on the Freshmen list, the rapper is expected to continue as A$AP Ferg's opener on the "Mad Man" tour in the coming weeks. The tour was initially postponed for unknown reasons but they're expected to pick the tour back up in Portland on July 7th before concluding things in Boston on July 27th.
