Chance the Rapper participates in an end of school year peace march and rally on June 15, 2018 in Chicago, Illinois. Chicago native Jennifer Hudson, Students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords were guests at the rally.

Chance is a movie star now.

Chance The Rapper is turning into a werewolf. Maybe not in real life, but in the upcoming film Slice, the Chi-Town rapper will be gracing the screen as a monster. A trailer for Slice touched down today, and the footage for the film reveals a bloody dark comedy that will usher in the Halloween season perfectly.

In the Slice trailer, a werewolf shows up and kills a pizza delivery boy. The opening scene hints at Chance being the werewolf in question, but later in the trailer, we also see a drawing of Chance's character Dax Lycander. "Looks like I'm going on a wolf hunt tonight," states Zazie Beetz as she throws on her jacket in slow motion. After a voiceover reassures the viewers that the town pizza shop is a gateway to hell, the trailer gets creepy and all types of mayhem breaks loose. Comedian Hannibal Buress also makes a quick cameo, which verifies the theory that this will be more of a comedy than a horror flick. Austin Vesely, who has worked on several music videos with Chance, is helming the film. Slice also stars Joe Keery (Stranger Things), Rae Gray, and Paul Scheer. Check out the trailer below, and catch Slice when it debuts later this year.
