Chief Keef gets a chance to clear his name.

According to TMZ, Chief Keef has been dismissed of home invasion charges by the District Attorney's Office. In 2017, Keef was accused of breaking into his ex-producer's home, robbing him, and beating him to a pulp. The alleged victim, Ramsay Tha Great felt the need to seek public assistance. In a twist of fate, the victim has since been tried and convicted on extraneous charges unrelated to the case. Prosecutors came to their decision after considering the victim's spotty criminal background testimony. A second witness to the crime has mysteriously gone MIA since initially cooperating with investigators.

The incident was first reported in January of last year. Law enforcement agents raided Chief Keef's residence in response to accusations, coming forward with a warrant to backcheck his property for stolen goods and the AK47 assault rifle reported in the crime. Keef and at least one other individual were taken into custody and booked for robbery on $500,000 bail.

In his video response, Ramsay Tha Great claims to be a civil person who was wrongfully misjudged. Sosa and his conspirators allegedly referred to Ramsay as "rat" before the altercation escalated beyond control. In an ironic twist of fate, Ramsay is now facing 10 years in prison for pimping and human trafficking.
