NPR's Tiny Desk performances have become an iconic format, a sure shot for the masses to discover new artists. They also offer existing fans a unique experience of their favorite acts. In their latest installment, NPR invites twenty-year-old singer/songwriter Khalid to their platform. The video includes a 3-song set in which Khalid sits down to offer acoustic arrangements of his songs "Young, Dumb & Broke," "Location," and "Saved." Khalid has been hustling hard since his breakout single "Location" hit the charts in 2016. Most recently, the RnB singer can be spotted adding his touch to numerous collaborative productions, including Normani's first solo single "Love Lies." Their co-written song that appears on the soundtrack for the film Love, Simon, has garnered much appreciation, hitting the US Billboard Top 100. Khalid also got romantic on the Superfly soundtrack. In this case, he teamed up with H.E.R. for a duet called "This Way." The collaborations aren't limited to female artists. The "Location" singer was called upon to bless Kyle's debut album, which dropped last month, and cut "Youth" with Shawn Mendes.
