E-40 is about to drop some new tongue twisters for y'all.

The godfather of Bay Area rap, E-40, will be gracing our earbuds with some brand new music this June.

E-40 took to Twitter last night to announce that his next album will be titled, Gift of Gab, and will be officially releasing June 29th. This album act as a bench mark to his long and storied career, and will be his 25th solo studio album.

He also shared the artwork for the album, and it's definitely unique. The cover depicts a literal dictionary definition for "the gift of gab," and defines it as "the ability to speak with elegance and fluency." That's definitely no issue for E-40, who has been dropping complex lyrics with unique flows for over 20 years.

Despite that, E-40 has never come close to falling off. His flow has served as a model of inspiration for the new generation of turn-up rappers, and he's never shied away from working with the latest crop of emcees. Just last month he dropped a song with Curren$y and Ty Dolla $ign, "Slide," and has also worked with less Cali-adjacent artists, such as NBA Youngboy.

No word yet on a potential track list, but there's bound to be a few surprises on there. Also, no word yet from rapper, Rocko, who also had a series of albums called "The Gift of Gab," though it's hard to imagine that any issues would really arise from something like this. While we wait for June 29th, check out the E-40's announcement and the album art down below.
