It's time to catch up on the essential weekend hip-hop playlist.

Whatever endeavors you might be planning this weekend, chances are the proper soundtrack will be required. As such, we've once again got you covered in that department. This week, the FIRE EMOJI playlist was topped off with some notable bangers, including contributions from Young Thug, Lil Baby, Nav, Gunna, Jazz Cartier, Killer Mike, 2 Chainz, Jay Rock, and Anderson .Paak (who may very well have dropped an early contender for song of the summer).

In case you're wondering, the FIRE EMOJI playlist runs deep. We've been steady scouring for additions to the repertoire, making sure all the latest fire is well represented. Once songs go on to run their life cycle, they ultimately get curated out of the playlist and transferred to our vast Archive playlist, which may very well require several days to consume.

In this age of instant gratification, one must remain up to speed. Therefore, FIRE EMOJI is updated daily, and served up every Friday to kick off your weekend. Don't be that person who thinks month-old songs are "new." Essentially, the playlist is a perfect recap of our weekly song panel, in which the strong go on to survive and thrive.

This week, notable additions include Anderson .Paak's phenomenal "Bubblin;" several Kevin Gate's bangers off his Chained To The City; bangers from Lil Baby's debut, including the Young Thug-assisted "Right Now" and much more. Do yourself a favor and set your weekend off right with FIRE EMOJI.
