"Moe the Monster" is seeking emotional damages and lost wages.

A Black porn performer from the Bronx is suing a director after being duped into acting in a "Racist Sex Shoot" without warning. According to the New York Daily News, Maurice McKnight who goes by "Moe the Monster," alleges that director James Joseph Camp instructed his Caucasian co-star to hurl the N-Word several times during the shoot. His co-star has been identified as Deborah Hinkle. She agreed to use the slur on camera, but never received consent from McKnight himself, the one person with rights to refuse work.

The director tried on several occasions to persuade McKnight into accepting the racial premise. The actor was given good word they would proceed without the scripted angle, only to have his Hinkle indulge once again. After Hinkle used the N-Word a second time, they took a break from action, only to have Jame Joseph Camp ask him a second time for permission to run the "Racist Angle."

McKnight who is now seeking legal action. His lawsuit calls for immediate action in the excoriation of all materials produced by the director/company with the purpose of creating and selling racist content. McKnight has described the experience as an "ambush" and a betrayal of good faith. He had filmed over 50 scenes for DF Productions before this incident left an indelible mark on their work relationship.
