The entertainer adamantly denies sexual assault accusation.

Jamie Foxx appears in this week's issue of "all your faves are problematic." It might seem like sexual assault is a new thing because of the outpour of testimonies that came out of the revived "Me Too" movement. The amount of stories that have come to light in Hollywood is alarming. All our faves are problematic. If you're a fan of Jamie Foxx, you might have to add him to your list of canceled celebs. He is currently under fire for allegedly slapping a woman with his penis while partying in Vegas in 2002. The woman who brought the issue to law enforcement claims Foxx struck her face with his member after she refused to fellate him. She was ousted from his house shortly after by one of his friends. The trauma is said to have caused the alleged victim a severe panic, resulting in hospital visit the very next day.

What does Jamie have to say about the matter? TMZ reports the star's intention of retaliating legally since he views the situation as "absurd" and false. Given the fact that the statute of limitations for this type of crime has long past, the open investigation probably won't affect Foxx too harshly. In a way, his accuser might be the most vulnerable party in the event of a counter-suit.

Jamie's attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer states, "Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story."

We'll see how this plays out.
