Meek Mill's making his formal return to the stage in the coming weeks.

It's been over a month since Meek Mill was finally freed from prison. The rapper did a major press run following his release and was reportedly set to meet Donald Trump to discuss prison reform. Although he declined, he's made is his mission to be the voice for those who don't have a voice behind bars. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that he's still one of the hardest rappers in the game. Even though he hasn't dropped his first post-prison track, he's about to make a major return to the stage in the coming weeks.

Meek Mill is set to perform at both the 2018 BET Awards as well as BET Experience. The rapper made the announcement on social media earlier today. He'll be gracing the BET Experience stage on June 23rd before performing at the BET Awards on the 24th. It's unsure what he'll be performing but it'll likely be music off of his last album, Wins and Losses. He expressed his appreciation for BET giving him this opportunity less than two months after his release.

"Looking forward to returning to the stage to perform at this year’s BET Awards and BET Experience," Meek said in a statement to Billboard. "I wouldn’t be here without all my amazing fans who have supported me more than ever these last few months, so this year’s BET Experience concert at Staples Center is going to be extra special. Can’t wait to see y’all there. And of course love to everyone at BET for always being a great partner and always supporting me.”

This won't be his first time touching the stage since being a free man. The rapper made a surprise appearance at Miami's Rolling Loud festival a few weeks a go where he performed "I'ma Boss" and "Dreams & Nightmares."
