At the top of the month, Atmosphere released their first single in ages to coincide with the announcement of their upcoming tour. Fans have been waiting for new music from the Twin Cities duo for a minute. The last project they put out was Fishing Blues in 2016 and since then, they've been steady on the road. Today, they've announced a new project and introduced with their new single, "Virgo."

Atmosphere get ready to release their forthcoming project, Mi Vida Local with their new single, "Virgo." The aptly-titled song comes on the first day of Virgo season. The song opens up with simply a guitar lick and Slug's vocals before Ant builds the beat up further with more live instrumentation. Slug's pen is as sharp as ever while attacking subjects like the direction of America's political future.

It's another single that should get you ready for the release of their forthcoming project. Mi Vida Local drops on October 5th.

Quotable Lyrics
I know I've been fortunate for all the opportunities
Disproportionately disappointed in the human beings
I get it, we're specks of dust
At the bus stop buskin' for extra crumbs
