SZA's streak continues.

After making the move from No. 3 to the top spot, SZA's "The Weekend" track has officially garnered the singer her first No. 1 single on the Billboard R&B charts. The TDE singer makes history as she becomes the first woman to sit at the No. 1 slot since Rihanna's "Needed Me" did the same in 2016.

According to Billboard, the track's rise to the top is due, in part, to a spike in digital sales, racking up 14,000 digital downloads last week, and debuting on the R&B/Hip Hop Digital Songs Sales chart. "The Weekend" also climbed the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs and stayed put on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart at No. 8, a few feats that are due to the singer's appearnce on Saturday Night Live back on December 9th.

Last week, SZA debuted the Solange-directed visuals for "The Weekend" while the track also earned a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Performance among five total nominations for SZA, earning her the title as the ceremony's most-nominated woman.

"I'm so overhwelmingly grateful for this strangeness," SZA penned in an Instagram caption following the nomination announcement. "I’m so in awe of Gods plan.. I just wanna live up to it. Thank you for listening to me.. thank you for understanding me.. thank u for bonding w my thoughts just the way they were. INFINITE GRATITUDE to the Recording Academy for this INCREDIBLE honor. I️ can’t even believe I’ve been considered. God bless every person who worked on this album or gave it an ear."
