Trump vs Oprah enters round one.

Donald Trump is no stranger to mud-slinging, especially once he loads up the Twitter app. The POTUS has been known to get good-and-riled, targeting all his opponents (with the exception of Eminem) with furiously typed shade, often emphasized by an all-caps SAD for good measure. Amidst on-again/off-again rumors of an Oprah presidential run, it's no wonder that her name has been causing Donald Trump a little bit of caution. After Oprah moderated a round table interview on 60 Minutes, in which she spoke with Grand Rapid voters, including several Trump voters. Evidently, Trump took issue with his potential rival's interviewing style, and put Oprah on blast via Twitter.

Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes," wrote Trump. "The questions were biased and slanted, the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others." Seems the Commander-In-Chief is out for blood. Still, he may very find himself facing an immovable object. Oprah is widely viewed as a national treasure of sorts, and seems to be in far better public standing than the current POTUS. To no one's surprise, his shade was immediately met with backlash of the highest order.

Admittedly, Trump is clearly not concerned with what the people on the internet have to say; after all, he is currently one of the most powerful people in the world. Still, Trump has received plenty of criticism over his inability to let things go, and perhaps his challenge may be enough to spur Oprah onto the campaign trail.
