Following a contentious debate with Keith Lee, 2 Chainz posted and deleted an apparent response on Instagram that only made things worse.

2 Chainz found himself in some controversy on Sunday evening following a conversation with Keith Lee on "Den Of Kings." During the conversation, the rapper pressed Lee on his credentials when it comes to reviewing food. After his restaurants received a bad review from Lee, 2 Chainz wanted to get to the bottom of it.

Lee simply stated that the level of service was inconsistent. He was treated like a King, although others did not receive the same standard of service. 2 Chainz argues that this is normal, and that famous people have worked hard to get special treatment. This led to a philosophical disagreement that has certainly ignited discourse online.

Mostly, some feel as though 2 Chainz's mentality is a toxic one. He implies that he has worked harder than the average Joe, and many simply cannot get with that kind of message.

In the midst of all this backlash, 2 Chainz took to Instagram with a caption that only made things worse. He has since deleted the post, although we can't help but scratch our heads at the mention of the Illuminati.

2 Chainz Speaks Out

"Do you really think the illuminati picked out some black kids from the ghetto and made them successful? how does success work to you .... Is it working a lot of hours ? Is it working in the sun ? Is it getting up early ?? What is hard work to you ??? Writing this while im working," 2 Chainz wrote.

Ultimately, this is the kind of discourse that will last a couple of days on social media until everyone moves on to something else. After all, the midterm elections are tomorrow, which will give social media a whole lot to discuss.
