Dont Chart Cardi B Dont Chart Cardi B
"Dont' Chart" by Cardi B is the latest single from "GTA VI: The Album," which is shaping up to be a who's who of hip-hop these days.

Cardi B has still been dropping material since her last album AM I THE DRAMA?, and she has a new album on the way. She's putting in work to stay in form ahead of this, providing the new "Don't Chart" single for GTA VI: The Album. The much-anticipated video game is building a who's who of hip-hop for its soundtrack, so Cardi's inclusion is no surprise. "Don't Chart" is a simple, bouncy, and clubby offering from the Bronx superstar, who comes through with her trademark charisma and confrontational attitude. Her flows and punchlines land well over a relatively sparse instrumental, which takes cues from a few different sounds in rap music. Hopefully there's even more heat on the way.

Quotable Lyrics from Don't Chart

I said I never been a dumb b***h, always too clever,
Never seen a n***a leave me and do better,
New hundred dollar bills smell like new leather,
Me and Aquafina argue over who wetter

About The Author
Gabriel Bras Nevares is a staff writer for HotNewHipHop. He joined HNHH while completing his B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication at The George Washington University in the summer of 2022. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Gabriel treasures the crossover between his native reggaetón and hip-hop news coverage, such as his review for Bad Bunny’s hometown concert in 2024. But more specifically, he digs for the deeper side of hip-hop conversations, whether that’s the “death” of the genre in 2023, the lyrical and parasocial intricacies of the Kendrick Lamar and Drake battle, or the many moving parts of the Young Thug and YSL RICO case. Beyond engaging and breaking news coverage, Gabriel makes the most out of his concert obsessions, reviewing and recapping festivals like Rolling Loud Miami and Camp Flog Gnaw. He’s also developed a strong editorial voice through album reviews, think-pieces, and interviews with some of the genre’s brightest upstarts and most enduring obscured gems like Homeboy Sandman, Bktherula, Bas, and Devin Malik.
