A 25-year-old suspect in an attempted murder was nabbed by police at Trippie Redd’s South Florida home, per TMZ. Davie Police Department said that they executed a search warrant at his home on Tuesday, though at the time, they didn’t reveal the reason behind it. However, the Miami Police Department now confirmed that they arrested Braveone Jones, better known as BalloutDaDon, in connection with a shooting last month.
Police say Jones was wanted for his alleged involvement in a shooting outside Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami on September 15. Authorities said that Jones was at Trippie’s property at the time of the raid, leading to his arrest. He now faces two counts of attempted murder.
Miami-Dade County’s online records say Jones remains in custody in connection with a case involving two counts of attempted second-degree murder involving firearms. The records list bail at $15,000 for each charge. Ultimately, the City of Miami led the investigation while the Davie Police Department assisted in the search warrant.
