Watch Stephen Colbert Try To Explain Donald Trump's Victory Over Hillary Clinton

Stephen Colbert is unsure of how to deal with the presidency of Donald J. Trump.

Stephen Colbert has been one of the greatest left wing comedians in America for more than ten years. Hardly ever does this genius of satire ever appear lost for words. Last night that changed.

As it became clear that Donald Trump would be the next President of the United States, Stephen Colbert addressed his audience with some solemn words about what this may mean for America. But instead of entirely veering into the negative, Colbert reminded viewers that Americans have more in common than they might think, and now, they don't have to deal with another election for four years. (That is if elections still exist in 2020.) Check out that video above.

Also, peep the cartoon from last night's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" about the dawn of Donald Trump. It's horrifying but incredible.
