Watch Chinx's Last Radio Appearance 3 Days Before His Murder
Three days before he was gunned down in Jamaica Queens, Coke Boys member Chinx appeared on DJ Kay Slay's radio show along with French Montana's little brother Zack and assorted randos. Chinx seems pretty happy and carefree along with everyone else in the room, cracking jokes, drinking coffee, talking about how much Zack Montana likes to get fucked up. The interview is a cheerful occasion and actually quite mundane, which only adds to the sense of sadness regarding his murder.

"Run up on a nigga point blank, fuck the talk and throw that money in koi tank" might be the best hook that Chinx has ever come up with, and today, the song in which you'll find that line ("Point Blank") has gotten a video. The track, which is the penultimate one on Cocaine Riot 5, also features Zack on the hook and was produced by Bkorn.

Rayven Justice Feat. Chinx & Uncle Murda "Don't Trust 'Em" Video
Rayven Justice has made his name off of Bay Area-inflected RnB, always wearing his hometown of Oakland on his back. While RnBass is all the rage these days, its always a good career move to make something for the East Coast as well. "Don't Trust Em" fills that purpose, not only opting for a looser drum beat, but recruiting the voices of New York's Chinx and Uncle Murda.

Chinx Feat. French Montana "Fuck Are You Anyway" Video
Listening to Chinx, it's hard not to hear plenty of French Montana in his delivery. As most crews operate, the two rappers likely fed off of each other when developing their styles, but their compatible flows work best when placed on the same record, as we hear on "Fuck Are You Anyway". The record is one of the most confident statements we've heard from Chinx, carrying both the hook and his verses with a breezy swagger.

In the video for "Told Ya," the lead single off V-Day II EP, Dipset-affiliate Vado and his wingman Chinx wax lyrical in the shadow of such NYC landmarks as the Corona Park Unisphere and the Manhattan Bridge.

Chinx Drugz Feat. Jadakiss "Dope House" Video
Chinx had the honor of teaming up with New York legend Jadakiss on "Dope House", a highlight from his recent Dope House mixtape. The French Montana protege has now dropped a video for the collaboration, and it looks like it's ready to get some MTV play, premiering on the channel's player, The Coke boy rapper keeps the video within the spirit of his city, rolling with his squad from his stoop to the streets of The Bronx, though he rocks a Boston Bruins jersey rather than a Rangers sweater, but it's all in the name of steez.

Behind The Scenes of Chinx Drugz & Jadakiss' "Dope House" Video
Revisiting Christmas Day’s Cocaine Riot 5 mixtape, Chinx Drugz decides to drop off some behind the scenes footage for his "Dope House" collab with Jadakiss. Breaking the Porsche out, Chinx and Jada hit the front stoop with the homies and stunt hard for the cameras in this early preview. The record's been gaining momentum in the streets lately, so hopefully the upcoming video gives it that added promo to make it a certified hit on the charts, which it deserves.
  • Chinx Drugz Feat. Bobby Shmurda & Rowdy Rebel "Bodies" Video
Chinx Drugz Feat. Bobby Shmurda & Rowdy Rebel "Bodies" Video
Chinx has been hard at work rolling out remix after remix (or rather, 'yaymix), but today he takes a break from that to release an official music video for his collaboration with fellow New Yorkers, Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel.  The Young Chop-produced song just dropped ten days ago, but they've already been able to shoot a fast-paced music video. The visual takes place in an underground garage filled with bikes and cars, as the three rappers get hype. Watch the visual above.

Chinx Drugz Feat. Lil Durk & Zack "Gone Lie" Video
Chinx is next in line in the Coke Boys hierarchy, and while he's yet to break through on the level of French Montana, he’s definitely on the right track as of late. Following the release of his Bobby Shmurda & Rowdy Rebel-assisted street banger “Bodies”.
  • Chinx Drugz "Couple Niggaz" Video
    Chinx Drugz "Couple Niggaz" Video
Chinx has gotten a lot of mileage off of his Cocaine Riot 4 mixtape, released earlier this year, and today he's sharing the video for one of the tape's standout cuts, "Couple Niggaz." Premiered by Revolt TV, the video is above. Unfortunately, it's edited, which ends up removing about 1/4 of Chinx's lyrics. The "Couple Niggaz" video is, as Chinx's press release says, "just as gully as the record," with the NY MC showing off more than just a couple of "hittaz" over the course of the relatively short video.

Chinx Drugz Feat. Cap-1 "Knew Dat" Video
Chinx has been steadily dropping videos from his recent mixtape, Cocaine Riot 4, and today he's let go of the collaboration with Chicago's own Cap 1."Knew Dat" is a highlight from the tape, that does a good job of bridging the gap between Chinx's NY style, and that of Chi-town. The video is a pretty simple flex-heavy endeavor, which gets the point of the song across pretty well.

French Montana Feat. Lil Durk & Chinx "Money Bags" Video
Coke Boys 4 was released at the top of the year, but we're still getting new videos from the project pretty regularly. "Money Bags" is a highlight, which showcases the two Coke Boys next in line after French-- Chinx, and recent addition Lil Durk. The video is set in the strip club, with plenty of twerking and rain-making going on, as the three rappers take turns on the mic.

Chinx Talks Collaborating With Diddy & The Future Of Rap At Summer Jam
Chinx is the next-in-line for French Montana's Coke Boys crew, and the rapper proved himself a deserving heir to the Coke Boy throne in a very memorable performance last weekend at Summer Jam 2014. HotNewHipHop had a chance to talk to the New York rapper at the Beats Music tent, both before and after his energetic set, and despite nearly losing his voice onstage, Chinx was happy to answer a few questions for us.

French Montana's crew mixtape, Coke Boys 4, dropped at the top of the year, and the posse is still getting mileage out of it. The most recent track to get the visual treatment is French's "God Body", which features a verse from Coke Boys' next-in-line Chinx. Chinx is preparing his debut album, while his boss is getting ready to release his sophomore album, the curiously titled Mac & Cheese 4.

Lumidee Feat. Chinx "Luv To Luv Ya" Video
You may remember Lumidee for her massive 2003 single "Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh)", and... not much else. Well, the Harlemite has returned with a brand new track with one of New York's up and comer's-- Coke Boys' next-in-line, Chinx.  Lumidee takes the same dreamy approach to her vocals, while  the instrumental provides a club-ready bounce. No word on whether this track is a the sign of a new album from the singer, but surely something is in the works-- or perhaps we won't hear from her for another 10 year... who knows!

Cipha Sounds & Drewski Feat. Maino,Bodega Bamz, Chinx, Troy Ave, Mack Wilds & CBD "Banned From Radio" Video
The original "Banned From TV" was a classic New York posse cut, showcasing the skills of Noreaga, Nature, Big Pun, Cam'ron, Jadakiss and Styles P. We've since heard Lil Wayne go ballistic on the beat from his No Ceilings mixtape. Now Cipha Sounds and Drewski are bringing the Swizz Beatz instrumental back to New York, assembling a huge lineup of the cities up-and-comers for the occasion.

French Montana Feat. Diddy, Rick Ross, Chinx Drugz, Lil Durk, & Jadakiss "Paranoid (Remix)" Video
French Montana is known to bring a couple friends around on his tracks, but this time he's assembled quite a posse.  Taking the instrumental from the Bronx rapper's debut album, Excuse My French, Diddy, Rick Ross, Chinx Drugz, Lil Durk, and Jadakiss hopped on the remix for Coke Boys 4. You can't have that kind of a crew track without a visual, so after a bit of a wait, we've now been given the official video for the cut, and everyone shows up for the occasion.
