Earlier this month, Young Thug went on Instagram Live and declared his interest in collaborating with XXXTentacion, noting that he was one of the only young rappers that he had his eye on. Although X has not formally responded to Thugger's request to work together, the "Anybody" rapper is doubling down on his previous statement, previewing a track that he wants the young Floridian to hop on. Dropping off his Hear No Evil EP from out of nowhere last week, Young Thug looks to be back in the game after a short hiatus to honor his deaf brother. Keeping his sights set on an XXXTentacion collaboration, hopefully, the two can link up and mesh creatively for us all to enjoy.
Decked out in pearls and ice, Thug played an unreleased track on his Instagram page, tagging X directly and asking the artist to "sample this." The clip does not last entirely long as we only get to hear a few of Jeffery's bars where he mostly sings in a high-pitched tone. Alongside the track he is trying to get X on, Thug also shared a preview of another song that sounds larger than life, with many fans taking to his comment section to beg for an imminent drop.
