XXXTENTACION's 2017 project is now certified gold.

Although XXXTENTACION's life was unfortunately cut short, the music he released in his lifetime continues to keep his name alive. 17 helped introduce him to the masses but Revenge was what helped him gain his loyal and dedicated fan base in the first place. As we approach the two year anniversary of the project in May, the RIAA revealed that the project has officially moved half a million units.

In other XXXTENTACION-related news, the producer of "Look At Me!" is suing the late rapper's estate. Jimmy Duval is taking XXXTENTACION's estate to court for $1M over unpaid royalties. Although Duval intended on keeping the matter private, he said that his credit as the song's producer was removed, meaning he couldn't get his royalties. Duval made it clear that he wasn't trying to tarnish X's legacy in any way. He said the $1M lawsuit is about fairness more than anything else since he was an integral part of the song's creation which helped launch X's career.
