It’s been a minute since we last heard from Trey Songz. In fact, with exception to a few features this year, the last time the R&B heartthrob impacted our site with any new music was back in March of last year when he dropped off his Tremaine album, but thankfully that changes here today. With no warning at all, the Virginia singer decides to return to the scene and share a new single with 2 Chainz & Yo Gotti called “How Dat Sound.”
Just as the artwork depicts, “How Dat Sound” is a new strip club anthem that finds Trigga and company throwing bands at the ladies & laying down some provocative lyrics for some late night fun. No word yet if this is first the single off Trigga’s next project or just something to hold us over in the meantime, but considering the big named features & the fact that it’s available on all streaming platforms, I’d assume this is album material.
