Steve Harvey is done with court dates.

Steve Harvey's ex-wife came at him in a serious way when she filed a lawsuit, suing him for $60 million. Mary Harvey claimed that after their divorce in 2005 she got suicidal thoughts, adding that Steve damaged her soul, TMZ reports.

Court documents reveal that Mary had a number of allegations against Steve such as child endangerment, conspiracy against rights, torture, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The Family Feud host has denied all accusations. TMZ reports that the judge has thrown out the case because it belongs to a judge in Texas where they were divorced. Only time will tell is Mary comes up with a different angle and more reasons to get cash from Steve.

Not too long ago Steve was in more hot water with the courts when he was accused of not paying a former employee. Vincent Dimmock was allegedly hired to raise $20 million for Steve's organization and was promised a 12.5% profit. When the money came in, Vincent apparently never got his cut. When Steve's agent heard of the allegations he denied them saying: "Steve is the most loyal guy in the world. I've never been stiffed on a commission from Steve Harvey in 21 years.”
