Starrah's "Rush" is point blank one of the catchiest songs to come out this year. This afternoon, the talented Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter unleashed a remix of the song that features a brief verse from Kehlani, who is fresh off the excellent "Distraction."
Retro Future's production, a blend of innocent meshes well with the divergent vocal stylings of Starrah and Kehlani. Starrah shares the inside-out style of DeJ Loaf, while Kehlani's ability to land dead in the center of every pitch is closer to Mariah Carey.
Anyone who likes The-Dream needs to get acquainted with "Rush" immediately.
