ManManSavage's "Trap Rules" has been remixed with an additional verse from SoundCloud sensation Smokepurpp. The track was released on Savage's new tape Young & Reckless 2, which also features guest appearances from the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Wop, and Trill Sammy. The project was released in honor or the rapper's late grandmother's birthday. "It's a present to the world from him n her," reads the description on SoundCloud, which also bills the project as a warm-up to ManMan's debut album.
"Trap Rules" is a little brighter than some of the hits currently ruling Atlanta. The keys are Zaytoven-esque, reminiscent of when Gucci Mane was making a name off of cartoonish sounds, rather than the pulverizing sub-bass of 808 Mafia.
