Smokepurpp & Nav connect on "Phone."

For the past few weeks, Smokepurpp's been teasing his upcoming collaboration with Nav. The rapper hit Instagram live to preview the song and since then, fans of both artists have been anticipating it's release. Without much warning, Smokepurpp finally drops off his long awaited collaboration with XO's Nav on "Phone."

Smokepurpp and Nav have two very contrasting styles and sounds but they manage to find a solid middle ground on "Phone." The two rappers connect over some smooth and slick production, that teeters closer to Nav's style than Purpp. The production is airy and spaced out while the two of them trade verses about women, drugs and their overall lifestyle. While Purpp handles the hook, it almost sounds like he's trying to do his best Nav impersonation which actually works out for him.

Check out their latest track "Phone" currently available in select markets.

Quotable Lyrics
Your man ain't got no swag,
He hashtag #TrueReligionFiend
Got a check and run it up
All my chains on but I'm keeping something tucked
Sawed my shotty off, now that's my little pump
