Smoke DZA aka the Kushed God enlists TDE's Soul Brother #2 for a hook and a 16s on his new leak "Hearses" as both MCs shell out deadly bars.
DZA is paving the way for his forthcoming solo album due out later this year, and this is definitely a step in the right direction. We haven't received a solo record from Soulo in a minute now, although he's popped up as a featured artist this past weekend with Mac Miller, Da$h, Vince Staples and Retchy P on "Amen." We should be receiving a new album from Ab-Soul this year however, after all, he has submitted two full projects to TDE.
DZA popped up at the end of January with "Just My Thoughts" which you can stream here. It's also been announced recently that he's working on a joint effort with Cam'ron.
Production comes from DJ Dahi (who also handled Kendrick Lamar's "Money Trees" beat, among notable others, and landed on our "7 Creative Producers You Should Know About" list way back when).
