This year has been scary thus far for Rick Ross. After the hip-hop community prayed for him to pull through when he was put on a life support device earlier this year, a sigh of relief was collectively heard when he made it out with his health intact. Many assumed the worst due to Ross' history of health issues and it seems that he may have unfortunately suffered a setback this weekend.
According to Page Six, Rick Ross had to delay one of his performances over the weekend due to seizures and breathing issues. Rozay has a notable history of experiencing seizures, having two on the same day back in 2011. Fans in attendance reportedly had to wait over an hour before Ross took the stage and it's a testament to his work ethic that the show even went on. Rozay was apparently experiencing seizures and having trouble breathing according to the reports, noting that, "His team had to get a masseuse to massage him for an hour to relax his body." The issues allegedly occurred before his performance at B.B. King’s in New York.
The rapper has not addressed the reports on his health but he updated his Instagram page with a collection of photos from his "second home" in Nairobi, Kenya. We hope Ross isn't pushing himself too hard as he is hopefully resting up after the incident.
