Pusha T brings "Daytona" to late night television.
It's already been a week since Pusha T released his latest album, Daytona. A lot has happened within that time. He bucked shots at Drake on "Infrared," Drake responded within 24 hours. Shortly after, he dropped off his response to Drake on the merciless, "The Story Of Adidon." For the most part, he spent the last week responding to questions pertaining to the diss track and what he's going to do if Drake comes at him. In the midst of his press run, he took to Jimmy Kimmel to perform the intro track from Daytona.
Pusha T hit Jimmy Kimmel Live! yesterday to perform Daytona intro, "If You Know You Know." The rapper's stage set up found him standing by himself with just a mic stand in front of him in pitch black while red and blue lights flashed on either side of his face. In addition, he had the "all seeing eye" behind him while an image of a neon red cross flashed in the pupil.
Shortly after filming his performance for Jimmy Kimmel Live, he flew out to Wyoming for Kanye West's Ye listening party. Despite the fact that it was Kanye's night, he reportedly received praise by many attendees for "The Story Of Adidon." Chris Rock even joked about it while introducing Kanye West. "Pusha T in the house. Don't diss me, man," he joked. "Kid Cudi in the house. Pusha T takin' bodies."
Peep his performance of "If You Know You Know" below.
