Shortly after photos hit the web showing a GQ photoshoot between Nipsey Hussle and his girlfriend Lauren London, people started assuming that the two had gotten engaged. The story was spun out of control with TMZ seemingly confirming that Nip had proposed to his girl. This isn't the first time the two have been caught up in engagement rumors. Just a few weeks ago, the rapper referred to Lauren as his wife when he celebrated her birthday. When the gossip outlet decided to let the world know that Nipsey and Lauren had falsely gotten engaged, the West Coast emcee decided to take matters into his own hands.

He tweeted, "IT AINT A Engagement Shoot.. It’s a @GQMagazine Shoot w My Girl." So, at least TMZ got one piece of information correct. The major news was totally off though. The couple was decked out in all white with a white horse awaiting them, leading many to believe that the photo shoot would be used to announce an upcoming wedding. It appears as though that isn't the case.
Still, it feels like a wedding between Nipsey and Lauren is just around the corner. Something that the artist would love to happen first though is a GRAMMY win for Best Rap Album for Victory Lap.
