Nicki Minaj returns with big punchlines on "The Pinkprint Freestyle."

Nicki Minaj has been fairly quiet recently, surfacing briefly on a few features -- destroing Yo Gotti's "Down In The DM" remix earlier in the year, as well as popping up on Ariana Grande's new single, "Side to Side." Today, she's released her first proper solo track since 2014's The Pinkprint, appropriately titled, "The Pinkprint Freestyle." Things start off with some back-to-basics New York rap over Young M.A.'s "Ooouuu,", as Nicki shouts out Lil Wayne for signing "a little chick from Queens." She's as braggy as ever, delivering big punchlines, as well as doing a brief recap of her influence after her verse. From there, she reintroduces her faux-British accent, interpolating M.I.A., and taking on some more island-influenced production. She's back.

Quotable Lyrics:
If my bitch don't like you, yo tampoco
Me Dorothy and you Toto
Now put some marshmallows in my cocoa
*Sips* Mmm.. Tastes good... Hahah...
Yo, don't ever talk about Nicki in the past-tense
