After teasing the release of the music video a few weeks ago, visuals have finally arrived for "Barbie Tingz." Much like when her two singles released, Nicki decided to reveal the videos as a pair with "Chun-Li" also now available in video form. In the teased version of the music video, we saw the rapper wearing extremely vibrant and colorful outfits, showing off her loud personality and she did not disappoint in the full version.
The video is clean with a white background nearly painted on as Nicki and her dancers flaunt several outfit changes and embrace the different aspects of the rapper's personality. As one of the biggest faces in the rap game, Nicki has always been creative with her outfits and "Barbie Tingz" may pen her just behind Lady Gaga in terms of eccentricity. The songstress rocks colorful inflatables, Victorian-style gowns, and morphs into a string-controlled puppet in "Barbie Tingz," proving that Minaj will don just about anything that flatters her body.
"Barbie Tingz" was one of two singles released by Minaj last month after she surfaced from her months-long disappearance from the public eye. As she preps her upcoming album, we await any potential news about release dates, features or cover art as it is sure to be one of the most popular albums of the year.
