Josh Brolin will be fighting two Marvel teams this year.

The Avengers aren't the only Marvel superhero team that will be assembling against Josh Brolin this year. Ryan Reynold's Deadpool is back, and this time he is bringing a squad with him.

20th Century Fox dropped a new trailer for Deadpool 2 today (March 22), and it's packed with new footage and badass action. Deadpool is living his best life as a crime fighter, who spends his free time with his incredibly hot girlfriend. That is, until Brolin's Cable arrives. In the comics, Cable is a time traveling mutant who appears to stop his grim future from coming to pass. In the latest trailer, it is revealed that Cable is attempting to kill a child, a plot that sounds very much like The Terminator. Deadpool will have to assemble Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Colossus, Domino (who is played by Atlanta's Zazie Beetz) and others to stop Cable from changing the future. His new squad will be the onscreen version of X-Force.

The new trailer introduces a few characters that have yet to be identified. Terry Crews is featured in an unspecified role in Deadpool's X-Force squad, and it is speculated that he will be playing Shatterstar. A purple-haired ninja wielding an electric whip also makes an appearance.

Deadpool 2 arrives in theaters on May 18th.
