YoungBoy Never Broke Again will not be seeing daylight, as the judge presiding over his case has effectively put an end to any thoughts of bail being set.
The rapper was shuttled over to Georgia's Ware County Jail, after his Tallahassee Arrest. A kidnapping warrant was issued in relation to the video that surfaced of him beating up his girlfriend Jania. Given that concrete evidence has been presented ahead of time, there is little cause for sympathy in the case against YoungBoy. Rather it feels like an opportunity to voice the voiceless, namely his girlfriend and the larger issue of domestic abuse cases finding a proper foothold in the justice system.
The judge made use of the surveillance video in his attestation. Suspected felons can be held for as long as 14 days in medium-security detention centers, and as little as 24 hrs in lighter cases. This time around the judge doesn't seem to be mulling his words. Keep it locked for updates.
